Funnel Comparison Filter

Using the Comparison filter, you can easily compare two funnels. For comparison, click the Business Process Comparison Filter icon. For example, you can compare funnels on the basis of time and segments. In time-based comparison, the same business process is compared at different times. In segment-based comparison, two different business processes of the same channel are compared for the same time. Once you click the Add to compare the below Page opens:

 Example: Time Based Comparison

  1. Select the channel, business process, and user segment.
  2. Select the time for the first funnel and the second funnel.
  3. Click the Compare button.
  4. The system displays two funnels for the same business process based on the time selection.

Example: Segment Based Comparison

  1. Select the channel from the drop-down list.
  2. Select the first business process and user segment.
  3. Select the second business process and user segment.
  4. Select the time for which the comparison is to be done.
  5. Click the Compare button to execute the comparison.

Drill-Down to Events

This table shows the events that occurred at the page from where the users exited.

From the session, users can drill down to the Event session.  In the Event session, there are some options:

  1. Entry Page: The entry page is the first column of the session through which a user enters the session. It shows the column name and their counts, if the user enters through the entry page of BP then the name will be ‘entrance’ otherwise it will show the page name from where it came. It is also to be noted that entry page differ for each application.
  2. Count (Entry Table Count): Count describes the no. of users who enter the application, from that the page count starts
  3. Exit Page: Exit page shows the no. of user who left from a specific page of the application.
  • Count (Exit Table Count): The count column of the session explains the number of users who have exited. It is the Exit BP Page count.
  • Exit Page Event: Exit Page Event shows the Session Exit Page Event Count with Events.

Funnel Conversion Rate

The funnel conversion rate shows the percentiles of users who have completed the funnel process of the application. In this, a pie chart is shown which depicts the number of users who have actually reached and completed the final process.

As per the figure, out of 17 users, only 11.76%(2 users) were converted/ or were able to complete the final process.
